These fairytale gowns were inspired by ilustrations in a favorite childhood book.  It took two hours to do the loose hand pleating on the skirt. Working with tulle is a little like herding cats! Soft fabric doesn't take kindly to pleating. Still it produced the desired effect in the end. I am planning more of these but each will be unique. Cinderella next I think.
